Chessboxing Volume One

by Sha's Banryu

Dillon Ethier These guys are all about jamming on weird grooves, just like Nik Bärtsch's Ronin, but have a bit more of a compositional approach overall. There are some female vocals that are conventional only on the first track; thereafter wherever they appear they're treated like just another instrument in the arrangements. Have to agree with Dr. Beaf and HIGHLY recommend this one. Favorite track: 030.
